We will ship the items by EMS or SGX or OCS. We only accept the orders
from certain countries for limited items.

It ususaly takes about 10-14 days to arrive once your order has been dispatched.
Please consider the delivery time when you order from us.
Delay of delivery may occur due to the accidents during the postal services,
it may take longer than 14 days to arrive.

- Insurance cost will be invoiced separately if you choose to be covered
by insurance. - We take no responsibility nor cannot make any refunds for any loss or damage
of products without insurance.
- In case of loss or damage with insurance (EMS)
- We can claim the compensation of shipping for you. If you notice the missing
contents in your package due to a theft/loss or receive damaged products,
please keep the package as it is and report to your nearest post office. - In case of a theft, missing contents, damage or undelivered package, please
apply for a claim investigation. Once compensation is approved after investigation,
compensation process will start. Please report all the details, such as
condition of the contents as well as the outer packaging (condition of
box etc.). Please check the condition of your package immediately after
you receive it.
- In some countries, claims need to be made immediately after you receive
the package.
- In some countries, a tracking service may not be available. If tracking
in your country is not available, tracking service within Japan is still
available. Package should be delivered in 10-14 days by EMS. - Please let us know if you haven’t received the package after one month.
- We will contact Japan Post for investigation. Japan Post will contact the
local delivery company in your country to begin investigation. - It may take up to 1-3 months for investigation.
- We can refund or dispatch replacement only after receiving the result of
investigation.
- -Still claiming an undelivered package after receiving the “delivered”
investigation result
- Please ask your local delivery company to issue a certificate of undelivered
package or something equivalent. We can take necessary actions after receiving
the certificate.
- We do not ship out any products on weekends(Japanese Time) and Japanese
national holidays. It usually takes about 10 days to arrive once your order
has been dispatched. Please consider the delivery time when you order from
us. Delay of delivery may occur due to the accidents during the postal
services, and it may take longer than 10 days to arrive.

【Large Product】
- Shipping cost for the big size parts (ie. panels) or the heavy parts (ie.
engines, transmission, etc…) may be expensive as we have to use professional
packing/shipping service.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost.
Thse charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be bidding or buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping)
company
or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping
charges.
If the products were sent back to us because the storage limit has passed
or
the payment of customs duties were refused, we can only refund the price
of the products.
We cannot refund the shipping cost once the product is dispatched.
We can start the refund process only after we receive the returned products.
- If the items are returned to our office due to long-term absence,
we will cancel the deal regardless of the reasons.

We can NOT ship our engines directly to foreign countries.
We will ask an outside supplier to pack and deliver
to a port in your country.
