International Orders
Trust Planning ships to customers all over the world. We only accept the
orders from certain countries for limited items. We sell you only products
that are small enough to be shipped out by EMS or SGX.
Payment Instruction
Please arrange payment within 7 days. We accept PayPal only. If you purchase
multiple item, please wait for combined invoice and use it for payment.
Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returned items and your feedback.
BUT the following will not be covered.

※In cases where the item are in poor condition, yet are as they were described
in the product description.
※In cases where the item has been manipulated. (The conditions of items
are different from when they were sold.)
※The item of internal decomposition from desorption cannot be proven in
items from our company.
▼In cases if commodity trouble/breakage▼
1.Please contact us within 2 weeks after you receive the items.
2.We usually ship replacements once we have them.
3.When we don’t have replacements, we will proceed with a return and refund.
4.With refunds, the refund price will be the successful bid price + the
postage + transfer fee. We will refund these costs to you after we receive
the items and confirm.
※In cases where damage has occurred during shipping, please contact us
within 3 days.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in thr item price or
shipping costs.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s
customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
bidding or buying.
