you can buy them if you place a bid.
Please fill out customer information form after a successful bid. Auction
with information on how to proceed. Once we confirm your information, we
will let you know about payment information.
※Please be careful if you’re in a hurry as customer information will not
reach us if the order form is not filled out.
After payment confirmation, we will arrange shipping and send the products
out within 3 days.
For customers who live in Japan:
We will ship the items by SAGAWA EXPRESS or SEINO-UNYU.
For customers who live in foreign countries:
We will ship the items by EMS or SGX.
We only accept the orders from certain countries for limited items.
Please let us know if you have would like to share your thoughts and opinions after your items have arrived.
SHIPPING&PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping Instruction:
We ship out item to worldwide by the EMS or SGX that comes with tracking
number.
We do not ship out any products on weekends (Japanese Time) and Japanese
national holidays.
It usually takes about 10 days to arrive once your order from us.
Delay of delivery may occur due to the accidents during the postal services,
and it may take longer than 10 days to arrive.
When you buy more than 2 items, we can pack them together.
(It excludes the products we can not pack together.
Payment Instruction:
We accept PayPal ONLY.
We can not accept divided payment.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. Please be aware of these are buyer’s responsibility.
