Shipping
We ship out our items to worldwide by EMS or OCS that comes with tracking
number.
We do not ship out any products on weekends(Japanese Time) and Japanese national holidays.
It usually takes about 10 days to arrive once your order has been dispatched.
Please consider the delivery time when you order from us.
Delay of delivery may occur due to the accidents during the postal services, and it may take longer than 10 days to arrive.
Return Policy
We accept return 14 days from the receipt of the item for refund. Buyer
has to contact us first before return the item.
Unless the item is defective or wrong item, the buyer is responsible of
paying return shipping cost and we refund the cost of item ONLY. The shipping
cost is not refundable.
Also, please be advised that the item has to be returned in the original
condition with all the package and paperwork if any.
